NEXRAD radar GRIB files

Hello All

I would like to convert NEXRAD precipitation data in GRIB format to a HRAP grid for GIS.

Using the wgrib converter I able to convert the data to .txt but I'm not certain how to grid the data.  I know the grid information is in the data but not sure what to do next.  Can someone direct me to the appropriate script.

I am more of a user not a programmer so please pardon me if my questions are too freshmon for this group.
