How to draw the figures at the specific location

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to make the lat/lon ratio to 1:1, so an equal distance chart can be made.

Try "set mproj scaled" ( =  Lat/lon aspect ratio is not maintained; plot
fills entire plotting area)
