Could not open NetCDF file

Hi,

I would like to open the NetCDF file TORM2000 via a data descriptor file TOR.ctl.

when I run TOR.ctl in NC GRADS, it successfuly open the file and displys the message as

Scanning Descriptor File:  G:sachin\data\tor.ctl
Found displayable variable tor with 1 levels in SDF file.
Data file G:\sachin\Data\TORM2000.nc is open as file 1
LON set to 0 360
LAT set to -49.5 49.5
LEV set to 0 0
Time values set: 2000:1:1:0 2000:1:1:0

but when I try to disply the variable tor using "d tor" command a message comes
as "GradsNC.dll has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the
inconvenience."

I have attached both the file TORM2000.nc and TOR.ctl with this mail...

Would you please advice how I can deal with this problem. I am wsing Windows XP
operating system.
