statistical significance

Manu,
GrADS doesn't have fine dots ro hatching shading options.  I've used a
couple contours -  one solid line for the 99% and then a dashed maybe
lighter line for the 95% - to indicate where the areas of 99%
significance are over a shaded plot. Maybe that will work for you too.
