Plot wind sublevel in Plot sublevel wind in vertical section

Dear grads-user,

I`m ploting variables in a vertical section that goes from 1 to 0.5 sigma
levels. Now I need to plot other variable but that ONLY goes from 1 to 0.95.

How can i make this procedure ?
