installing win32e

Greetings:

I have been attempting to install grads-1.8sl11-win32.e.exe on a
PC that is running Windows XP Professional.

After accepting the licensing agreement, a gui appears which reads:
"There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into the drive."

After this message the system locks-up.

I did retry the installation with a diskette and CD in their respective
drives, but it did not make any difference.
