seasonal average

Dear MC,
One idea would be to write out the results to a GrADS fwrite file
'set gxout fwrite' ; 'set fwrite tseries_tave.ieee'
'set x '...
'set y '...
'set z '...
ts=1
while ( ts <= 46 )
'set t 'ts*12
'define a = (air(t-1)+air(t+0)+air(t+1))/3' * unweighted time average
say 'ts 'ts
'd a'
'undefine a'
ts=ts+1
endwhile
'disable fwrite'
I hope this helps,
Chuck
