Why the description file(*.ctl) can't recognize the file's nc format ?

HI, Everyone,

  

   I try to write a description file to open a serial netcdf file, but
it can't accept "dtype " and "unpack 0.9999 187.3456' key words, I use
V1.811s Grads, who can tell me how to handle these problems?
