combine multiple files

You can use the copy command from the dos prompt:
  copy gfs.t12z.master.grbf60 /B + gfs.t12z.master.grbf72 gfs.grb
The /B says the previous file plus following files are binary.  The last
argument (gfs.grb) is the output file.
