Double precision & adaptable z dimension

Jim,

Please find attached a GrADS script called "skewt.gs" which uses a GrADS
variable "pp" (listed in the GrADS ctl file being used) to define a
local GrADS ctl file (skewt.ctl, attached) with "pp" (scaled to "hPa")
as the "zdef" parameter for Bob Hart's "plotskew.gs" function... the
"skewt.gs" script currently is set up to do this at one location:
(xloc,yloc) = (x,y) = (1,1), but could be adapted to do more than one
point...
