re-discuss regrid2 Re: limits in Regrid2

Dear all,

Where can I download regrid2.f? I need to scale-up satellite data at 0.25 
degree by 0.25 degree, and regrid2 doesn't work probably becuase of the 
lat/lon limit of regrid2.f,
