Help to read grib files

[Grus Weir]

Of course you should have your grib2ctl.pl 'installed' fisrt
grib2ctl.pl is a perl script file, which you can download from NOAA
you need to edit the path to wgrib/pearl/grads in grib2ctl.pl to fit your
system
then change grib2ctl.pl file to be executable
