Done. However, please note that mac, sgi and windows binaries are outdated.
They contain bugs like.
i) The DSET entry in the control file is sometimes broken.
ii) Eofudf didn't print the correct number of eigenvalues on screen.
Usually one should be able to live with these bugs.

Anybody is welcome to send new binaries of the latest version.  I personally
will only produce the Linux binary.
