Grid point values

Grid point valuesDear GrADS users,

Just to say that I have what I think is a very similar problem/question to the previous message by J. Law (see below) - at least I think it is a similar query.  I am trying to display a set of point values - in my case each point corresponds to the number of rain gauges at that location, so I want to plot them over my region.  The default display is to contour the values which doesn't look right.  I have also tried set gxout grid but it dumps the core & the whole lot crashes.  I have just tried the suggestion by N. Khan to do set gxout print but this seems to just print the values rather than plotting them.

I'm fairly sure my data is okay because it looks right when I initially extract it using IDL.  So can I add my voice to the question regarding this matter?
