gradsdods version 1.9b4

I have also noticed that the (Red Hat Enterprise) linux build does not
always work on other systems. Too many linux/hardware varieties out
there for ours to be completely generic, I guess. I have also tried
building with the "-static" option, but this generates a new set of
warnings at compile time, and then if you open a non-existent GDS data
set gradsdods crashes instead of printing a polite message and
returning to the GrADS prompt. Building from source on your own system
is probably the best solution.
