Template for Julian days dset

There is no explicit template for julian date, although there probably
should be ... I think it's on my list of mods to add one of these days.
In the meanwhile, you can
(a) use the %ch template string and a whole lot of CHSUB entries in
your descriptor file
(b) create symbolic links with a GrADS-readable date string that point
to the julian-date file names
