regrid2

Dear Moira,

get the latest code at:

http://tenkimap.com/grads/udf/

pull the *regrid* files

I compiled successfully built and ran with g77 under cygwin on my windows xp
machine.  There is an issue of "word" size  in the recl arg in open.
sometimes it's in bytes (4*#points) and sometimes its words (# points)...
