Portuguese GrADS Manual

Hi,

The CPTEC have translated the User Guide, like that in the GrADS page,
to portuguese. It is almost complete, cause have 4 ou 5 htmls that still
are in english and as soon as possible will be translated too. CPTEC
already have transled the manual of the 1.5 Grads version, but just have
enabled the word version in Brazil. This html version is more complete
documentation in portuguese for grads users and, like the last one in
word will be useful to meteroologists that don´t have english skills.
Any suggestions will be very useful.
