Why sdfopen cant open in Grads 1.9b4

Hooper,

  I am using NASA format netcdf files not European type.
I can open the same files in Grads 1.9b3 but it is giving
error in 1.9b4.
The size of the ncdump file is bigger. I cant send through
mail.
