animation print in grads

Hi Monica,

i am usually producing single pictures (*.bmp or *.gif) of each time
step, eg. with 'wi bla01.bmp' and
then use the program 'bmp2avi' or 'imagemagick' to convert the single
pictures to an animation.
When using 'wi' you have to setup up the output window of grads in the
wanted resolution, because the bmp will have exactly this resolution.
