Meteogram Script No Output

Using any of the meteogram scripts (eta or gfs) located at
(http://grads.iges.org/pix/custom.html) and using the following for
input "Boston  2005010100   -71    42   e" I am getting no output and no
error messages.

I'm using gradsdods 1.9b3.

The file is opening and I can query it (q file) just fine after the
script finishes.

The directory has write permissions for the dummy files too.
