Nomad3 GDS down?

While not speaking for NCEP- it appears that the system is under heavy
load.
Real-time GFS, Eta and other data (and retrospective) NCEP NWP data are
also avbl at the NCDC NOMADS site at:
 http://nomads.ncdc.noaa.gov/data-access.html
