political borders (again)

Dear GRADS users,

few years ago I've received from Croatian colleague a GrADS file with
political borders for new countries in Balkan. Unfortunately with
changing the position (and computer) I've lost some files, among them
also this one. I've also lost the address of colleague from Croatia. So
if someone has the file with political borders for countries in former
Yugoslavia, I would appreciate if she/he could send it to me.
