Wind barb scaling

DaNa,

the barb scaling is by 5 and 10 (and 50 too) irrespective of units, so when
I plot barbs and want to give the barbs the standard meaning, convert to
knots, e.g.,

'set gxout barb'
'd u*1.94;v*19.4'

if u and va are in m/s
