blue lines in ghostview images of .eps grads files

Hi Alan,

        What I've found to work best for me is to:
1) make normal GrADS metafiles (not processed to .eps)
2) open them with gv32 and save them as .wmf
3) import .wmf into PowerPoint, Word, etc.
