I don't know if I'm getting the right source tarball or not, because the install still fails. This time I tried even with the simplest option - './configure' - and then - 'make && make install' [No options at all to ./configure]. I still get the error:
-------
../../supplibs/lib/libgd.a(gd.o)(.text+0x2acc): In function `gdCompareInt':
: multiple definition of `gdCompareInt'
gxmeta.o(.text+0x11fc):/usr/src/redhat/SOURCES/grads/grads-fedora/grads-1.9b4/src/gxmeta.c:696: first defined here
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

make[1]: *** [all] Error 2

Maybe there's something else I'm missing on my system?
