question about grads startup options

Hi, folks
     I have a question for you. I have a grads v1.8SL11 in my machine. I
would like to run a grads script file, say
"tes.gs" with landscape mode. According to the documentation, I typed
grads -lc "run tes.gs" in command line.
However, I was still asked to choose portrait or landscape while grads
started, and after I did so my script was not
executed automatically. Does any one know why this happened? How can I fix
this problem? Thank you for your help.
