depression/cyclones

Dear Grads users
    I need a grads-script or fortran program(preferably)
to locate the presence of depressions/cyclones from the data.
The presence of depressions/cyclones
may be from wind or relative vorticity or Mean
sea level pressure.
   Does anyone has such program or information where
i can get it.
