The shapefile interface requires an extra supplemental library
that may not have been added when your build was made.<br>

<p>I'm using version 2.2.3 of grads (2.2.3_gcc_13.2.0) on the
Research and Development machines jet and hera. When I
attempt to plot counties I get a message that says, "this
build does not support drawing shapefiles." Is there
something wrong with this build of grads?<br>
