<p class="MsoNormal">Precip variables are missing at the 0<sup>th</sup> hour of a forecast – they don’t get real values until the second time step. They are accumulations over a time interval (1hr, 3hr, 6hr, 12hr, since the beginning of the forecast, etc.)
