I've been downloading data files using FTP on the NOMADS server
(<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="ftp://nomads.ncdc.noaa.gov">ftp://nomads.ncdc.noaa.gov</a>) and all of a sudden it stopped
working about an hour ago... Now it's asking for a User Name and
Password.<br>
<br>
What is going on?... I'm using FTP so it has nothing to do with
the HTTP to HTTPS changeover.<br>
