Please guide me the commands to merge the<br>
.NC files . For Example we have 10 .NC files of 10 years data in each.<br>

It is very easy using cdo(climate data operator). Use the following command:<br>
cdo mergetime *.nc <a href="http://new.nc" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">new.nc</a><br>
<a href="http://new.nc" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">new.nc</a> will contain all the parameter for 100 years.<br>
