The documentation for sdfwrite (<a href="http://cola.gmu.edu/grads/gadoc/gradcomdsdfwrite.html">http://cola.gmu.edu/grads/gadoc/gradcomdsdfwrite.html</a>) has some examples at the bottom for how to use the NetCDF Operator ‘ncks’ to merge two variables into
a single file after you’ve written them out with sdfwrite.
