<div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;color:rgb(0,0,0)"><p>Dear all,</p>
<p>I have 30 NetCDF files of daily geopotential height, one per year from 1986 to 2015, and I am trying to put them together with CDO:<br></p>
        <p><code>$ cdo copy *.nc <a href="http://hgt.1985-2015.nc" target="_blank">hgt.1985-2015.nc</a></code></p>
        <p>Then I get:<br></p>
<p><code>cdo copy (Abort): Input streams have different number of variables per timestep!</code></p>
However, there is only one variable in all files, hgt. The output file is created
and stops at 12 Dec 2013. When I remove "<a href="http://hgt.2014.nc" target="_blank">hgt.2014.nc</a>", it works. But this file has the same structure of the others:<br><br><img style="margin-right: 0px;" alt="Inline image 1" src="cid:ii_156d268405663342" height="191" width="850"><br><p>Any suggestion of what may be causing this error?<br></p>

        <p>Thank you!</p></div><div class="gmail_signature" data-smartmail="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr"><div><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div><div><font face="tahoma, sans-serif" color="#20124d">David</font></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>
