<p dir="ltr">If it's a .ctl file, you need to make sure that you don't have just 'open filename' in grads. You need to have 'open' + point to the directory that the .ctl file is in. For example, if I have a .ctl file within a directory named 'data2' and in a subdirectory called 'control', my command would be 'open /data2/control/filename'. </p>
