<div style="direction: ltr;font-family: Tahoma;color: #000000;font-size: 10pt;">Grib2ctl worked on my previous laptop but doesn't on my new laptop at all. Therefore I know it can work I just can't figure out what is broken now that I've switched to a new laptop.
Directory structure is the same, wgrib is on my system path, the grib file is in the proper directory and is most definitely a grib file. The only thing that I can think is that somehow grib2ctl is being denied from creating a temp file on the C drive root
directory on the new laptop.

extent. (I've attached some examples.)<br>
