<p class="MsoNormal">I am trying to access aggregated ww3 swell wave data in a remote netcdf file on a THREDDS server.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">When I access the whole dataset via ‘sdfopen <a href="http://...ww3_run">
<span style="color:windowtext;text-decoration:none">http://...ww3_run</span></a>’ GrADS does not display the aggregated swell field with “ordered_sequence_of_data” as one of the coordinates. Only the fields with level “Ground or water surface” are displayed.
I believe this is level 1 in the original GRIB file. The aggregated swell field is on GRIB level 241.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Now, I can access individual fields via ‘sdfopen <a href="http://...ww3_run?sig_height,time,lat,lon">
http://...ww3_run?sig_height,time,lat,lon</a>’ notation but I still can’t access the aggregated swell field. I have tried: ‘sdfopen
<a href="http://...ww3_run?swell,time,%20ordered_sequence_of_data,lat,lon">http://...ww3_run?swell,time, ordered_sequence_of_data,lat,lon</a>’ but GrADS always returns “SDF file does not have any non-coordinate variables”. Other combinations do not work either.<o:p></o:p></p>
