<div dir="ltr">I"m not sure what particular formula you're using, but I typically rely on the Bolton (1980), MWR and Davies-Jones (2008), MWR papers on computing equivalent potential temperature and wet bulb potential temperature for these purposes. Equations
3.3 and 3.4 in the latter reference give formulas for wet-bulb potential temperature as a function of equivalent potential temperature. The value of C in those equations is 273 K. Once you have theta-w, you can use the Poisson equation to derive the wet bulb
temperature.<br>
