<div dir="ltr"><div><div>Dear all<br></div>This is Suman Maity from IIT Kharagpur, India. I want to perform t test for spatial correlation of my model simulation. My domain is of lon(280)*lat(222) size. So when I am doing the spatial correlation the data size is used. Now if I want to test the confidence level for the calculated correlation then what to do? because I have already tried to perform the t test but I couldn't because the degree of freedom is very high. What are the other way to do that?<br>
