Try using the regrid2 and/or oacres functions.
Both of these functions will rescale data to the dimensions you desire.

If however your input data is in grib format, you might want to try copygb before-hand which will convert any projection data to lat-long projection. With this function you will be able to convert both data sets to exactly the same projection and scale.

Hope this helps.
Subject: [gradsusr] Comparing data with different projections

Hi

I need to construct a simple plot for bias (model data - reference data) but the data I am using is in different projections.

I have used set mproj lambert for the model data (to obtain regcm.png) but this obviously isn't enough.

How can I match the the grid to cover only the parts with the data please?
