Hi,<br><br>    The standard method of handling grib2 files is to use g2ctl to make the control<br>files and to use gribmap to make the index files.   Now there is an alternative,<br>alt_g2ctl and alt_gmp.    The goals of the alt code were to handle grib2 in a<br>
