A more certain way to get it to build with all the features is to collect the library and include files into one place and then point GrADS to where they are are located. Please see the documetation page <a href="http://iges.org/grads/gadoc/supplibs.html">http://iges.org/grads/gadoc/supplibs.html</a> for guidance on how to build and organize the supplemental libraries.
