when i try to save the values for the whole time series, it just gives
only one value for all time steps. and if i run it with the loop it

Probably you are writing the correlation output for each time outside of the time while-endwhile loop.<br>
If not, you will have to transcribe your piece of script here for additional analysis.<br>
