Dear Alireza,<br>                Let me suggest you one way. If the data is in Ascii format like lat, lon, data you can plot this using stationgrads. I have done this for plotting MODIS HDF data. If you want to check kindly send me the sample data in the attached format. ie latitude, longitude, data. Then I can give a try.<br clear="all">
