<br>Also you can use GPCP rainfall data, TRMM data etc for rainfall measurement globally, specifically for Africa. If you mean station data kindly look for AWS data over the African region. There may be some network of aws which can TEMPERATURE, RAINFALL, humidity etc. I am not sure where to get that data. Over Indian region this net work of AWS is provided by ISRO. Best of Luck.<br>
