Can't you just use centered differences to compute the divergence of
the moisture fluxes you have computed? <br>
<br>
That is, cdiff(zon,x) and cdiff(mer,y), correcting for the earth's
curvature as needed? (see the Grads Documentation Index for that
part).<br>

But maybe I'm missing something...<br>
