Hi,<br><br>ncdump is not work in GrADS environment. if you have installed ncdump in your system,<br>try this command for create ascii format: ncdump -l 100000 /path of nc file/ <a href="http://ifile.nc">ifile.nc</a> > ofile.txt(any suffix or without suffix).<br>
If you want to do some changes in ascii file and transform it again to nc file, use this command:<br>ncgen -b /path of ascii file/ifile > <a href="http://ofile.nc">ofile.nc</a><br><br>Good Luck<br><br>Saeed Bayat<br>M.A Student of Climatology<br>
