the 'draw map' command will also do it, but it won't plot any lat/lon lines or coordinates since it won't have any actual map data to go off of (but it will give you geo-political boundaries just fine)<br>

To plot a map with no parameters, first open any file with any parameters (even the sample file will work). Then do this:<br><br>set clevs 0<br>set ccols 0 0<br>d param<br><br>where param is a valid parameter in that file.<br>
