I create a CTL to open my model NETCDF data. Now I have used the following command for regridding purpose and got the message that CTL file is not opened as follows. Please suggest me the possible solution for this. ALso please tell me that time steps in both the model and reference NCEP file (if I just mention ncep2.5) need to be same or not?<br>

<div>You are missing the "dimension environment" file, option -de. This is not the name of the output file name, but the name of an existing file (or fake template ctl) at the output grid. Please consult the lats4d documentation for details:</div>
