Hello,<br>I&#39;ve noticed when I plot a shapefile with &#39;mpdset&#39; set to hires the shapefile is drawn on top of the map.  Is there a way to reverse that (so that the map is drawn on top of the shapefile)?  See <a href="http://www.meteor.iastate.edu/~jdduda/QPF.gif">http://www.meteor.iastate.edu/~jdduda/QPF.gif</a> for an example.  I want the dark orange states backround to be on top of the county boundaries.<br>
